Host A Static Monsters Event

To host a Static Monsters Worldwide competition, kindly complete the below form. By completing the form below you agree to adhere to all the terms, conditions, rules and regulations as set out by the Static Monsters Organization. Once we have reviewed your application, we will provide the details to enable you to pay to secure your spot as a host. The cost to host the Static Monsters Worldwides is £150. Once payment has been completed, we will then add your details to the website in the locations list. 

Please complete the form using your event location address.  Once accepted this information will be made public.

Event Application 

You must submit a new application each year to run the event. Priority will be given to hosts that have run past Static Monsters Worldwide events for 2 weeks from date of applications opening. For new applications these will be treated on a first come, first served basis. 

Event Date 

Your event must be conducted on the weekend of 21/22 February 2026, aligning with other events globally. 

Lift on same day 

Both lifts must take place on a single day of the competition weekend at your discretion. 

Rules and Regulations 

Adhere to the rules and equipment guidelines outlined on www.staticmonsters.com 

Weigh-In Compliance 

Competitors must weigh-in on the same day as they lift. They must weigh-in below their designated weight class. Eg 104.99kg or lighter for a 105kg weight class. 

Live Scoring with Strength Results 

Scoring must be done live during the event through www.strengthresults.com. Instructions will be provided. This will allow real time live scoring to be shared around the world. If results are not entered into Strength results by the host location by 9am UK time on 23rd February, then the athletes will not be recognised in the global ranking. 

Static Monsters Branding 

You must utilize The Static Monsters branding on all promotional materials, posters, brochures and banners following the brand guidelines provided. 

Event Naming 

Your event name should follow the format ‘Static Monsters Worldwide 2026- Country, City, State/Province Name, Venue’ 

Event Shirts 

Event shirts can be ordered direct through info@staticmonsters.com.  We have worked to negotiate great competitive pricing for Static Monster event hosts.  Please be sure to order as early as possible.   You will also be able to download the shirt design and have them printed locally but the design in the pack must be followed and include the global sponsors.  

Lift Execution Standards 

Follow event rules strictly, such as controlling the log to the ground. Any non-compliant attempts like dumping the log lift will not be counted. 

Venue Change Protocol 

In case of a confirmed venue change, the new location should not be closer to any existing event. Confirm changes with the Static monsters Organizers. 

Event Proximity 

Event locations must be 2 hours apart in the US, or 50 miles apart for the Rest of World. Event applications within 2 hours for the US, or 50 miles apart rest of the world could still be approved after we have conducted a review on the impact.  

International Sponsor Recognition 

If sponsors are secured for the Static Monsters Season you are encouraged to promote them as part of your event. We will provide a roller banner template with global sponsors on, and you can add any local sponsors to this. All global sponsors will be on the event T-Shirts. 

Contact Information 

Include your contact email in the event details section for potential competitors enquiries. 

Insurance Requirement 

Ensure you have your own public liability insurance coverage for hosting the event. 

Athlete Membership 

You must ensure that any athletes competing at your location have a valid Static Monsters membership as this is mandatory. 

Athlete Record Keeping 

Please be sure to keep athlete contact information for submission to Static Monsters. This must include their Static Monsters membership number, full name, email, location of competition. 

Inclusivity Requirement 

The competition must welcome participants of all strength and ability levels. As a host you must be open to running Adaptive categories. 

Event hosts are required to run the following classes:

  • First Timer’s – Male & Female
  • Junior’s 16 – 21 yrs – Male & Female
  • Novice Male – Under / Over 95kg
  • Novice Female – Under / Over 80kg
  • Master’s 40+ – Male & Female
  • Master’s 50+ – Male & Female
  • Men’s – Opens | U120kg | U105kg |U90kg | U80kg | U70kg
  • Women’s – Opens | U95kg | U82.5kg | U72.5kg | U62.5kg
  • Adaptive – Male & Female – Seated | Standing | Seated One Arm | Standing One Arm | Neuro Seated | Neuro Standing

Static Monster Guidelines 

ALL Static Monster Guidelines must be followed. Failing to adhere to these guidelines may cause your license to host a Static Monsters event to be revoked immediately.
