What is Static Monsters?
Static Monsters is a global strongman competition based around a maximum log press and maximum 18″ axle deadlift.
Athletes can qualify online or in the World Wide Qualifiers on a set weekend at a registered host gym to hit and submit their max lifts.
The top 10 are then invited to compete at the World Championships held later in the year at a single location.
From amateur to professional, junior and adaptive, Static Monsters has a class for you.

How To Compete
Step 1 - Become a member. You must complete and submit a membership form before you can compete in Static Monsters. Membership is free and is valid for each competition year.
Step 2 - Decide if you wish to try and qualify using Online Qualification or in person at one of the World Wide Qualifier events.
Step 3 - If you decide to qualify online - navigate to "Online Qualification" and purchase your online entry. Then please follow the information to submit your entry.
Step 4 - If you decide to qualify at one of the World Wide qualifier events, please navigate to "2027 Event Locations" and contact an official host venue close to you to register with them directly.
