“I came across Static Monsters in 2021 when it was COVID times down in Australia. Really had nothing else to do other than online competitions. And Static Monsters is really the only show where I log is pretty much a log in. An 18 inch axial deadlift is pretty much an 18 inch actual deadlift and you can actually compare yourself to the rest of the world.”

But two, that we have this online competition most of us don’t have well-established strongman gyms in our area. I’m the world’s strongest man and I still train at a commercial gym. So being able to have some sort of sense of community and large worldwide competition without huge upfront costs, without travel costs, with their time off work.”
